This aromatic medium sweet white wine is artisan crafted from 100% La Crescent grapes, developed to grow and ripen well in the cool climate of Northern Michigan.
Tasting Notes:
Luscious floral bouquet backed up by flavors of peach, apricot, and citrus. Reminiscent of a buttery Chardonnay.

Many pairing choices, including roast chicken, grilled shrimp or scallops, brats, smoked salmon, and aged cheeses.

Dry Red Wine
Tasting Notes:
Signature earthy red currant notes with a hint of oak. Firm acidity with a smooth low tannin finish. Reminiscent of Cab Franc or Pinot Noir.

Marèchal Foch Barrel Reserve (2017)
Dry Red Wine
This deeply colored rustic dry red wine is artisan crafted from old world Marechal Foch grapes and barrel aged 18 months in new oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Oak barrel aging adds caramel, cream, and vanilla to the lush spice and smooth low tannin finish. Reminiscent of Cab Franc or Pinot Noir.
Pairing:
Good with grilled steak or wild game, chili, harvest stews, and hard cheeses.
